My Journey to Helping Working Moms

I’ve Been Where You Are

I’m a mom of three. I thought I was ready for everything motherhood could throw at me. I wasn’t. Nothing prepared me for the 2 a.m. wake-ups, the 4 a.m. feedings, and the constant fog. Most moms lose over 700 hours of sleep in the first year — and I was headed down that same path. It was wrecking me. I was running on fumes, disconnected from my partner, and barely keeping up with the people I loved. And the guilt of not being the mom I wanted to be? That was the hardest part.

The Night Everything Changed

One shift in our routine changed it all. My baby went from waking multiple times a night… to sleeping 12 hours straight. I slept through the night for the first time in months. My marriage felt lighter. My patience came back. I enjoyed my days again, and I was finally the mom I had always wanted to be.

From Speech Pathology to Sleep Coaching

Ever since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to be a mom and work with children. That passion led me to Arizona State University, where I studied speech pathology so I could help children grow and thrive. But after my own transformation — getting my baby to sleep through the night — I realized my true calling. I started helping friends and family get the same results I had. Different babies, different homes, different routines — and every time it ended with a baby sleeping through the night.

Why I Decided to Focus on Working Moms

When I first started coaching, I worked with all kinds of families. But I noticed a pattern with working moms. They weren’t just tired — they were stretched in every direction. They were trying to be present at home while keeping up at work, and the lack of sleep was pulling at both ends. The difference once their baby slept through the night was huge — they were sharper at work, more relaxed at home, and finally had the energy to enjoy both. Seeing that transformation over and over made me realize this is where I can make the biggest impact. Helping working moms get a system that works means helping their whole family thrive.

My Approach

I create every plan around your baby’s personality, your home, and your lifestyle — always at your comfort level and pace. My approach is gentle, personalized, and designed to get results fast — often 12 hours of nighttime sleep — but always at your pace and in a way that feels comfortable for you and your baby.

You Don’t Have to Wait Months

When we work together, we start making changes from day one. Small, simple tweaks add up quickly — and that’s why many babies are able to sleep 12 hours by 12 weeks. We build the routine slowly and intentionally, always with your baby’s needs at the center. When those needs are consistently met, your baby naturally begins sleeping longer stretches at night.

Let’s Get Your Nights Back

I’ve helped families in all kinds of situations find a rhythm that works — and I can help yours too. Whether your goal is to get that 12 hour stretch of sleep at night, to thrive during the day, or ideally both, we’ll build a plan that gets you there. Your evenings can be peaceful. Your mornings can be energizing. Your baby can thrive — and so can you.
