Q & A
Meet Your Coach

Q: What method do you use?

A: I use a gentle, personalized system that isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe in meeting your baby’s needs first so that teaching your baby to self-soothe feels natural, calm, and guided in the gentlest way.

Q: Will my baby cry?

A: Crying is how your baby communicates. Together we’ll make sure all your baby’s needs are met, that they’re not hungry, overtired, or uncomfortable, so we can move through this process with confidence and as few tears as possible.

Q: When can we start?

A: We can start as soon as you’re ready. Little steps can make a huge difference in how well your baby sleeps, and even just focusing on the daytime routine can have a huge impact on how well your baby sleeps at night. I’ve had babies reach 12-hours at night just by making a few simple daytime tweaks.

Q: What kind of results can I expect?

A: Most families see peaceful, predictable nights and naps that fall into a steady rhythm. Your baby will learn to fall asleep and stay asleep with ease, and your whole family will settle into a rhythm that truly works for everyone.

Q: How long will it take to see results?

A: Every baby is different, but most families start to see noticeable improvements within the first week. As we build consistency throughout the day, nights and naps begin to fall into a steady rhythm that feels peaceful and predictable.

Q: What if it doesn’t work for my baby?

A: Every baby is different, and that’s exactly why my approach works. I find a system that fits your baby and your family. I’ve worked with many different babies and families, and we always land in the same place, a baby who peacefully sleeps through the night and a family who finally feels rested.
